Xav at ;;revs there is the level 82 or 80 i forgot he drops plate legs every time every kill he drops something it will be to over powered so thought you should know.

I think you may be referring to the Revanent Hellhound which doesn't drop Statius Platelegs everytime, however, it does seem as though the rates are higher than the rest of the monsters which could be something to take into consideration.
