Skill Capes & Hoods.

The Wise Old Man skill cape shop is only selling capes to people hoods should be added with the purchase or made into a different store. I think easier if added with purchase just a thought.

Maybe skill capes could be added to you're inventory on completion of a skill, even though they cost 100k each.

Not even Owl its not quite good if they just get added to your inventory.. What if you loose one pking or something. If they are in the shop it's easier. :)
