Adding dragon arrows to range shop. and ::skulled.

I think it would be good to add dragon arrows to the range shop instead of putting them into vote ticket shop (wich isnt useable yet anyways).

And i think adding a ::skulled command would be awesome to so people don't need to go ask people to skull all the time when they wanna fight somone .

Nigel I totally agree the ::skulled would be a great command not having to worry about the other person not skulling so it's equal loot I like and the dragon arrows is even better tired of the low hits to I understand sounds good.
